HACCP

The HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) or otherwise Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, is a systematic approach for identifying and assessing the risks associated with all stages of production of a food - from the cultivation and harvesting of raw materials to the final consumption of the product. Unlike the traditional approach of the analyses in the final product, HACCP is an integrated system for ensuring food safety, preventing risks and recognizing the Critical Control Points (CCPs and Critical Control Point: CCP) in which risks are controlled and minimized.

The application of HACCP is compulsory in our country on the basis of the European Directive 93/43 / EEC and the CMD 487 / GG 1219 B / 4.10.2000 and obliges all companies that manufacture, process, produce, package, store, transport, distribute, distribute or offer food and beverages to apply documented (written) HACCP (European Regulation (EC) 178 / 2002 and EC 852/2004). Implementation of a HACCP system maximizes food safety by minimizing microbiological (eg pathogens), chemical (eg antibiotics) and physical (eg exogenous metals, powder) risks.

The design and implementation of the HACCP system in our company is made by skilled business consultants. The design considered the flowchart of the production process, raw materials and finished products and the nature of the final products (how vulnerable is what consumer groups are addressed).

After installation of the HACCP system, the company is able to certify that the HACCP system, according to one of the European standards (eg ISO22000, FSSC 22000). Our company has specialized - certified by the National Ministry of Development Accreditation System (ESYD) inspectors (auditors) who have knowledge and technical expertise in the subject.

After the successful certification of the company, the company has the right to indicate on the packaging and the logo of the company that is certified to ISO 22000 or ISO 9001. This event is a first class advertising company to its customers and to potential new customers, that operates a certified quality assurance system.

The concept of food security is inextricably bound up with the concept of quality, since no consumer will not buy as a quality food which is not safe.
